PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFO CAREFULLY.

Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival is 2pm. Check out is noon.

Damage & Cleaning Policy
You are responsible for all clean-up and leaving the cabin as you found it.

If the cabin is not left clean you will be charged a minimum of $100.00 for emergency cleaning fees. Any items lost, stolen or damaged will be noted and charged to you.

For $75.00 you may request cleaning service.

Cleaning fees must be requested at time of booking and paid in advance.

Pets are permitted, however you will be charged for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by them.

All linens and towels must be washed and put away. All beds must be made up with clean sheets.

All dishes must be washed and put away.

All garbage and recycling must be taken with you.

Cleaning Concept  

We can keep our rates low, by having everyone clean the cabin themselves. We also allow pets, which many places do not. Please respect this and do a great job cleaning up as if it were your own cabin. Make sure if you have pets that you do extra vacuuming and clean up after them outside.
Please leave the cabin clean and welcoming for the next guests to arrive.
(Emergency cleaning is a minimum of $100.00 if the cabin is not left clean).

Smoking
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. You must use an ashtray. Cigarette butts found on the ground will result in a damage fee.

Pets
Well behaved pets are permitted at the cabin. Please keep dogs on a leash and pick up after them. Any damages as a result of pets is subject to additional cleaning or repair fees including not picking up after them.

At Will/Risk
You are using the cabin at your own risk. Tye River Cabin LLC is not liable or responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur while you are using the cabin.

You are responsible for the safety of your children and all of the people using the cabin and must take caution and use everything at your own risk. Be aware of hazards such as the ladder to the loft, wood stove, steep riverfront and wildlife.

Lock all windows and doors when you leave.

Do not use candles in the cabin or put anything near the electric baseboard heaters and wood stove.

Winter Conditions
If the driveways are not clear, do not park on the road. You may park in the lot next to the cabin with the airstream trailer on it. A snow shovel is provided if needed. You must have 4 wheel drive or chains if you are planning on going up the mountain.

Repairs
Please let us know if anything breaks or becomes damaged during your stay so that we can have it repaired in a timely manner.

Fire Pit
You must bring your own wood for the fire pit. Wood that is provided in the wood shed is for the indoor wood stove only. There are burn bans in the summer. Check at the ranger station for burn bans before starting a fire. Fires must be out when you leave and the fire pit area clean.

Wood Stove
Wood for wood stove is in the wood shed. The key for the wood shed is hanging by the sink. Please burn only the wood that you need and use the vents appropriately to control the heat. Make sure that the fire in the stove is completely out when you leave and clean out the stove.

Recreation Equipment
There are two mountain bikes and various sizes of cross country skiis at the cabin. You are welcome to use any of the equipment at the cabin at your own risk.

Private Property
Please do not trespass on the neighbors private property or park on the street near their houses or in their driveways. Extra cars can be parked on the lot next to the cabin with the airstream trailer on it.

River Access
The Tye River can be accessed at the end of Tye River Road. Take a left on Foss River Road and look for public access areas. There are also lots of places along highway 2 for access to the Skykomish River.
