AIRSTREAM POLICIES
Payment:
A $50.00 deposit is required to make a reservation payable by paypal, credit
card, check or money order. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your
arrival. If reservations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full
payment is due at time of booking.
Paypal is preferred. Credit cards, checks or money orders also accepted.
Payments should be mailed to: Tye River Cabin LLC, 114 Alaskan Way S #304,
Seattle, WA 98104.
Rates:
Current rates are posted on this website. 8.4 % Washington Sales Tax will
be added to all rentals. If rates change, the rate that you booked at will
be honored.
Deposit:
$200.00 deposit due at time of booking or a valid credit card number. Credit
card will not be charged unless damage is incurred. $200.00 deposit will
be refunded via paypal or check after your stay.
Cancellations:
15 Days Prior to Arrival Date 100%
10 Days Prior to Arrival Date 75%
0-7 Days Prior to Arrival Date no refund
If we are able to re-book the airstream you will receive a 75% refund
or full credit to another date.
Damage & Cleaning Policy:
You are responsible for clean-up and leaving the airstream as you found
it. If you would like to request cleaning service please let us know
at least one week prior to your stay. An additional $75.00 will be charged
for cleaning. Cash or check can be left in an envelope or you can pay
with a credit card if you let us know at the time of booking. If the
airstream is not left clean you will be charged a minimum of $100.00
for emergency cleaning fees. Any items lost, stolen or damaged will be
noted and charged to you.
Pets are permitted but any damages or excessive cleaning from them you
will be charged for.All dishes must be washed and put away. All garbage
and recycling must be taken with you.
Arrival & Departure Times:
You may arrive around 2pm or earlier if prior arrangements are made.
Check-out is around noon. Please let us know immediately if extra clean-up
will be required.
Smoking:
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Pets:
Well behaved pets are permitted at the airstream. Please keep dogs on
a leash and pick up after them. Any damages as a result of pets is subject
to additional cleaning/repair fees.
At Will/Risk:
You are using the airstream at your own risk. Tye River Cabin LLC is
not liable or responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur
while you are using the airstream.
You are responsible for the safety of your children and all of the people
using the airstream and must take caution and use everything at your
own risk.
Lock the doors when you leave to keep your belongings safe and make sure
that you have locked all doors and windows prior to your final departure.
Do not use candles in the airstream.
Winter Conditions:
During winter when you can't get in the driveway, please parallel park
in front of the gates so the snowplow can still clear the road.
Repairs:
Please let us know if anything breaks or becomes damaged during your
stay so that we can have it repaired in a timely manner.
Fire Pit:
You must bring your own wood for the fire pit. There are burn bans sometimes
in the summer so make sure you check before starting a fire. Please make
sure that you completely extinguish your fire and clean the pit upon
departure.
Recreation Equipment:
You are welcome to use any of the equipment at the airstream at your
own risk and liability.
Private Property:
Please do not trespass on the neighbors private property or park on the
street in front of their houses or in their driveways. Extra cars can
be parked on the cabin or airstream property. During winter when you
can't get in the driveway, please parallel park in front of the gates
so the snowplow can still clear the road. You can use the cabin lot and
airstream lot for recreation. You can access the river down Foss River
Road.
Phone:
There is no phone at the airstream but most cell phones work. The cabin
next door has a phone and the neighbors have one if there is an emergency.
