All rates based on 2 night minimum stay.
Payment:
A $50.00 deposit is required to make a reservation, payable
by paypal, credit card, check or money order. The remainder
is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If reservations are
made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is
due at time of booking.

Rates:
Current rates are posted on this website. 8.6 %
Washington sales tax will be added to all rentals. If rates
change, the rate that you booked at will be honored.
Deposit:
We must have a credit card number on file or a $200.00
deposit at time or booking.
Credit card will not be charged unless damage is incurred.
$200.00 deposit will be refunded via paypal or check after
your stay.
Cancellations:
15 days prior to arrival
date, 100% refund.
10 days prior to arrival date, 75% refund.
0-7 days prior to arrival date, no refund.
If we are able to re-book the cabin you will receive a
75% refund or full credit for another date.
